Our years of restaurant and culinary experience make us uniquely qualified to discuss recipe and serving options with chefs, food processors interested in using our product as an ingredient, and/or retail outlets. Our goal is to provide customers with reliable information that helps culinarians enhance their creations through the addition of horseradish and  retailers better sell the product itself. greatest demand from Thanksgiving to New Year’s, and during the Passover/Easter season.

Inventory is kept to a minimum to insure the freshest products available. If you have a special

function or seasonal need or spike in your business, let us know and we will work with you to meet your exact specifications. We are passionate about delivering to you the freshest product possible.

Shelf Life

Our products have a minimum shelf life of 6-7 months from the time received Regulations have us put a 9 month from production "Best Used By" date on each jar. All products require refrigeration.

Net 30 days.

Special Orders

We bulk pack special orders when our horseradish is being used as an ingredient in another processor’s product, however we do not co-pack under any other brand name.

I have put my 50 years as a food service professional into developing our high-quality products and stand firmly behind them. If you decide to stock our products and, for whatever reason then change your mind, we’ll repurchase your unsold stock—no hassle.
